Julie Gaidis Julie has over 20 years experience as an educator, designer, illustrator and writer. She has cultivated an insight that translates into exceptional and surprising solutions that connect with a target audience. She has gained recognition as a highly sought after talent with a unique ability to adapt and integrate multiple perspectives in to groundbreaking work on behalf of a diverse client base. Julie has worked as the Senior Art Director on national promotional campaigns for Parents as Teachers (PAT), General Mills, Inc., Energizer Batteries, Hostess, Anheuser-Busch, Inc., Grant’s Farm, Nestle Purina, Truman Bank, Robert Mondavi, Ravenswood, Sutter Home and Vendange. As an educator, much of Julie’s work focuses on child development knowledge and learning skills. She is the co-creator, illustrator and writer for Run To Reading, LLC, and is publishing a series of 18 educational children’s books for emergent readers (Pre-K through grade 2) based on a multi-cultural Community Helpers theme. Julie attended Carnegie Mellon University, and is a graduate of Washington University. She is currently working on her Masters of Arts in Teaching and Certification at Fontbonne University. Julie is a single mother with two children, ages 16 and 14, and resides in St. Louis, Missouri.
