extraordinarily wide range of industry requirements, and has cultivated a standard of excellence
that continues to give her clients peace of mind and the highest degree of satisfaction.

Darcy’s facility with sourcing and negotiations has secured the best possible quality and pricing for
diverse client groups. She has delivered savings year over year at each organization for which she
served a management role. Darcy looks for win-win solutions with suppliers, resulting in a well-
developed resource base of partners invested in her goal to reduce cost where possible, without
cutting corners.

She has deep industry knowledge of production technologies and equipment specification. She
has experience from the studio floor to the print factory, from project planning to online media
delivery, all of which gives her a solid foundation for effective project planning, logistical
considerations and the knowledge of what it takes to consistently deliver on time.

Darcy started her career as a graphic designer in the center of emerging technologies, and
adapted quickly to streamline workflows that new technologies made possible. “I love finding
better ways of producing because it leaves more time for solving real issues.” She is a passionate
advocate for good technical solutions and a catalyst for change, delivering greater automation that
shifts time from technical back to creative activities.

Darcy has extensive training and applied experience in Total Quality Management, Six Sigma and
ISO 9001 workflow and management systems. As a result, she brings a valuable perspective
to workflow processes and systems development, and takes a proactive approach to bring the
business -- and the workforce -- into the future as seamlessly as possible.
